AXIS Camera Station is a software platform for managing and monitoring video surveillance solutions based on Axis network cameras and IP devices. It offers a range of features to support efficient video surveillance and access control, making it easy for users to manage the system, handle incidents, and quickly find and export high-definition evidence. The software is optimised for Axis network products, including network cameras, body-worn cameras, door controllers, network intercoms, speakers, and analytics.

The software is available in various languages and has a user-friendly interface with features like recording playback, search for recordings based on camera, date, timeline visualisation, smart search, video scrubbing, bookmarks, and locking of prioritised recordings. It also supports up to 64x or frame-by-frame playback and up to 36 cameras synchronised playback, with single images in JPEG format.
AXIS Camera Station is designed to be scalable, allowing users to create a solution that combats challenges today while future-proofing the system as their business grows. It offers proactive analytics, access management, and smart search features to quickly find relevant motion-based objects of interest within recorded video footage. The software also includes video redaction to protect third-party privacy and AXIS Live Privacy Shield to monitor live activities without collecting personal data.
