You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JD Security, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site against any and all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, incurred in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party that your use of the Site violates these Terms, any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JD SECURITY OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM) THAT ARE RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND FUNCTIONS OF THE SITE OR ANY LINKED WEBSITE, EVEN IF JD SECURITY IS EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS

You agree that your use of the Site is conditional upon you being a Bureau Customer of JD Security. Your use of the site is limited to the following:

The bureau agrees that is authorised to view the information available on the Site for informational purposes only. The bureau is also entitled to generate activity reports via the Site for the their sole However, the text and images resident on this Site may not otherwise be copied, modified, distributed, reproduced or reused without the express written permission of JD Security. JD Security reviews each request on a case by case basis.

FEES AND CHARGES

Should you fail to pay any of the fees due within the term stated on the Schedule, JD Security may, at its option: (i) suspend your access to the BureauPro service until such times as all due payments have been made; or (ii) cancel the Bureau Monitoring Agreement forthwith by notice in writing. If JD Security suspends your access to the BureauPro service it is released from all liability for damage or loss that may occur. Upon termination of the Bureau Monitoring Agreement for any reason, your right to access the BureauPro service shall cease.

LINKING TO THE SITE

LINKING TO THE JD SECURITY SITE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT JD SECURITY’S TERMS OF USE AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS AND THAT YOU WILL ABIDE BY THE GUIDELINES BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE GUIDELINES, DO NOT LINK TO THIS SITE.

APPLICABLE LAW
